Shipping Information: Domestic Shipping (within Canada): We offer shipping options such as UPS/Purolator or Canada Post Expedited, all of which include tracking. A flat rate of CAD 16.00 applies to orders under CAD 160.00. Please note that shipping to PO Boxes, the Northwest Territories (NWT), Nova Scotia, and other remote areas may incur higher fees due to increased postage costs. In such cases, an additional invoice will be issued. Orders exceeding CAD 160.01 qualify for free shipping, except for shipments to the Northwest Territories (NWT), Nova Scotia, and other remote areas. If the final postage fees exceed CAD 16.00, customers will be invoiced for the difference depends on the order volumes. Exceptions apply to heavy or bulky items, Sizzix Bigz Dies, Sizzix ScoreBoards XL dies, the Big Shot Machine, and albums, etc. *****International Shipping: Shipping costs will be the actual price plus a handling fee. An initial charge of CAD 28.00 will be applied. If the actual fees are less, we will refund the difference. Should there be a significant discrepancy in shipping fees, we will contact you for additional payment before dispatching your items. Important Note: We strongly advise opting for shipping with tracking. If a customer declines tracking and the package goes missing, the company will not assume responsibility or offer compensation for the loss.

Shipping During Winter for Watercolor Based Products and Liquid Adhesive

Please note that during the winter/cold season, we do not ship certain products, such as but not limited to: Some specific brand of liquid adhesive glues, acrylic paints, water-based inks, stencil paste, and other water-based products. We can ship these items with the addition of heat pads for an extra charge.

However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by freezing temperatures.
